Equipment lease
The equipment leased is exclusive property of Kongresstechnik Bulgaria – KTBG.
The lessee shall be obliged to keep the equipment in good order, safeguard and maintain it under normal weather conditions. Equipment damaged through the fault of the client or equipment that is stolen while leased to the client (with no technical maintenance provided by KTBG) shall be recovered at the expense of the client. If no KTBG technical maintenance is ordered for the relevant event the company shall not be held responsible for any technical problems that may have occurred. The lease price for the equipment shall not cover delivery – for the cities of Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna the price for every delivery is 20 BGN without VAT (not depending on the quantity of the equipment). Lease in other cities shall require additional agreement.
All damage, incurred through any loss or disappearance of simultaneous translation headphones as well as when there are no special agreements for their provision to the participants, shall be at the expense of the client. Kongresstechnik will be involved in organizing the provision of headphones upon presentation of ID cards or other personal documents or business cards only against additional payment (page 8) but that activity however may be organised by the client as well.
The full price quoted shall be charged in case of an order cancelled on the day of the event.
Time discount
2 days – 10% discount, 3 days – 15% discount, 4 days – 18% discount, 5 days – 20% discount, 6 days – 22% discount, 7 days – 24% discount, over 7 days – on agreement, lease discounts are only available for the lease of equipment other than stages, structures and other related accessories.
Time zones
- All quoted rates are applicable for normal working hours (08.00-18.00) on working days.
- 50% surplus shall be charged for work in the interval between 18.00-22.00 h, 06.00-08.00 h and on rest days.
- 100% surplus shall be charged for night work in the interval of 22.00-06.00 or on official holidays.
Events and services within the country
Terms and conditions for events outside the cities where KTBG has its offices: for lease of equipment and provision of services outside Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna transport expenses and business trip per diems shall be charged. The transport rates and per diems shall be included in the price list. Unless agreed otherwise, the client shall always organize the hotel accommodation of KTBG’s employees at his own expense.
Kongresstechnik Bulgaria retains the right to update the Price List and general conditions without explicilty notifying all clients for this.
The prices for the services decribed in the Price List are only valid for the current calendar year.
Events and services outside the country
All terms and conditions for events outside the territory of the country shall be additionally agreed upon for each individual case. The prices in the Price List are not valid for services provided outside the country. The latter shall be additionally agreed for each individual case.
Terms of payment
The payment for equipment lease and services provided by Kongresstechnik Bulgaria shall only be made via bank transfer to the accounts of the company in return of a tax invoice. Lease and services shall be paid within up to 5 working days following the end of the event or the time of receipt of the invoice. In case of any other agreements the agreed terms shall be valid. Kongresstechnik retains its right to negotiate full or partial advance payment for equipment lease and service provision to specific clients or under specific terms.
In case of delay of payment KTBG retains its right to additional charge of administrative opportunity costs as well as to discontinue any agreed preferential conditions regarding discounts and payment methods. KTBG retains the right to employ a company to collect the late claims through official channels.
In the case of advance payment of 100% of the ordered equipment and services, clients receive an additional discount of 3% in addition to the other negotiated discounts.
All equipment lease and service provision prices shall be based on 1 day lease in bulgarian leva and shall only be applicable on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
